How do I delete my account?
Open hearto, go to Profile → Settings, and tap "Delete Account." This permanently removes your profile, posts, comments, messages, follows, and likes — it can't be undone.
I didn't get my confirmation email
Check your spam folder first. If it's still missing after a few minutes, email us at wli950574@gmail.com with the address you signed up with and we'll help directly.
How do I report a post, comment, or user?
Tap the ••• menu on any post, comment, or profile and choose Report. Our team reviews reports and takes action on violations of our community guidelines.
How is my location data used?
Location tagging is optional and only used if you turn it on when creating a post. You can post without it at any time.
General feedback or a bug to report?
Use "Send Feedback" in Settings inside the app, or email us directly — either way it reaches us.
